To connect with remote user’s computer we need Client ID. Tell your client to visit FixMe.it from a compatible browser, where he/she will be asked to install the remote desktop client extension. Once the extension is installed the user will receive and six digit Client ID.

Now enter the client ID in your expert console panel and hit ‘Connect’ button to make connection with the remote PC. After establishing the connection you can chat with the client using the given chat window. From here you can see live streaming of remote desktop’s screen by clicking ‘Remote Desktop’ icon.
